POSITIVE
63 of the 72 Clubs who
returned an audit confirmed that the Youth section is represented
on the main Club committee
The CDOs will provide masses of information on how to run a youth
section as laid down by the ECB
SUGGESTION
That the CDOs consider producing materials which can become common
throughout every Club in the County.
THINKING BEHIND SUGGESTION
- It will save hours of work for the Club volunteers
- When records need to be passed to another
person e.g. Club to District to Area to County the recipient
will not need to rewrite information
- If information is stored on a computer then
the details can be sent as an attachment and downloaded on to
computer with a mininum of effort

There is virtually nothing
new in any of the information written on this page. The important
task is to revisit one's present procedures
and reconsider them in the light of the ECB guidleines.
