Players will congregate on the Sunday at the ground of Henfield C.C.

It is recorded back in 1687 that an Annual Spring Fayre was held and Cricket was first played on the Common in 1764, making it one of the oldest Cricket Grounds in the world.

The ground is on the common - sit on the seat in the photograph and you will have an excellent view of the game.

For more photos and information about the small town of Henfield click on the photo for the Official Henfield web site.
