Child Protection & First Aid Courses

These courses are a requirement of the new licence
scheme and are considered of great importance to anyone working
with children and adults.
The two types of courses we
will be running for candidates enrolled to the new ECB Coach Award
Courses during 2005
are:
Good Practice & Child Protection
- examine your own practice when coaching children and recognise
your responsibilities in protecting children from abuse. Protect
yourself, the young people you coach and your employer by understanding
the following good coaching practice. Leam about child abuse and
how to handle situations if you have concerns.
FEBRUARY 9TH 2005 COST £15
MARCH 16TH 2005 COST £15
Emergency Aid - a working knowledge.
A sound background to First Aid, which includes; Mouth to Mouth
Ventilations and Chest Compressions, Control of External Bleeding,
Treatment of an Unconscious Casualty, Recovery Position and Miscellaneous
Conditions. A certificate of attendance is given.
