Through Building Partnerships the need to bring all of the operational activity of the Sussex Cricket Board has become clear.

The SCB Secretary will become purely strategic / managerial with all operational work of SCB done through the Development Team.

This means that Andy Hobbs role is likely to become "Head of Recreational Cricket" (to be decided at SCB meeting on 28th Jan so not confirmed)

A need for an additional CDO was clear.

John Stock is responsible for East and South Sussex (Schools, Clubs and Area).

Tim Shutt, our new CDO, who started last week. Tim is responsible for West and North.

Tim comes from Lloyds TSB where he has worked for 9 years though cricket has always been a passion and he plays locally and is currently completing a

UKCCL2 coaching certificate.
