| ROFFEY Batting first Roffey posted 116-2 with Matt Davies 34ret and Matt Bidlake 30ret leading the way. Good contributions from Ryan Morris and Ollie Harris saw Roffey to their decent total. V ANSTY started the chase in confident fashion with Jonathan Crickmore 17 looking in good form. The early dismisal of dangerman Jethro Menzies put Roffey in charge and once a promising stand between Will Bennet and Alex Borley was broken Ansty subsided from 78-4 to 88 all out. Matt Davies 3-5 and Jack Bowman 2-8 saw off the tail. Earlier Alex Southon with 2-17 off 4 overs was the pick of the opening bowlers |
